Warranty Coverage

All 4XPRO parts are backed by a 2-year fault-free replacement warranty from the original shipment date.

“Fault-free” means 4XPRO will replace a covered product that fails during the warranty period, regardless of fault, subject to the warranty process, return requirements, and processing fee outlined below.

This warranty provides replacement only. Refunds are not available for warranty claims.

Warranty coverage applies only to 4XPRO products purchased directly from 4XPRO or an authorized sales channel. Proof of purchase may be required.

If you are a Dealer, the warranty must be done by the dealer and not the customer.


How the Warranty Works

To submit a warranty claim:

  • The item must be non-functional or experiencing a product failure.
  • All warranty claims must be authorized before return.
  • The original order number, sales record number, or proof of purchase must be provided.

Once the claim is approved, 4XPRO will ship a replacement item first, along with a prepaid return shipping label for eligible Continental U.S. customers, so the original item can be returned.


Warranty Processing Fee & Shipping

A warranty processing fee applies to all approved warranty claims. This fee varies by product.

For customers within the Continental United States:

  • The warranty processing fee includes a prepaid return shipping label provided with the replacement shipment.
  • 4XPRO will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.

For customers outside the Continental United States:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of receiving the replacement item and returning the original product.

Warranty Return Requirements

The original item must be returned using the provided return label, if applicable.

Failure to return the original item within the required timeframe may result in the customer being charged the full price of the replacement item.

If the returned item is determined not to be a 4XPRO product, or if the item returned does not match the approved warranty claim, the customer may be charged in full after being contacted by 4XPRO.


Limitation of Liability

The warranties provided herein are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4XPRO shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages of any kind. The sole remedy available to the buyer is replacement of the product as outlined in this warranty policy.
