Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
All in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been picked up by the carrier. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
4XPRO offers free standard shipping on all axles and axle sets within the Continental United States.
We also ship internationally, with some exceptions. International customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs fees, or other import charges required by their country. These charges may be collected before shipment or upon delivery, depending on the destination. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
At 4XPRO, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the shipment date.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging when possible.
- All returns must be authorized in advance and issued a return authorization number.
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Items that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Any damaged, incorrect, or defective item must be reported to our Returns Department before being returned.
Please retain the product, packaging, and any shipping materials until the issue is reviewed. Photos may be requested to help document the claim.
Items that have been installed, used, or damaged are not eligible for a standard refund and may be handled under our warranty policy. Warranty claims qualify for replacement only and are not eligible for refund.
Unauthorized returns of damaged, used, or installed items will not be accepted for refund. In such cases, a replacement of equal value may be issued if the item qualifies under warranty.
Return Shipping Guidelines
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit. 4XPRO is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes:
- Tracking
- Insurance for the value of the item
